Democrats Weigh Break for Utilities in Climate-Change Bill - WSJ.com

The article from the WSJ says one thing about Cap & Trade but misses one very important point...... Look how many times, in an attempt to appease utilities, coal producing states, and various parties........the concept that the government will "grant" free permits.......over an over again the people with influence are being "granted" rights to do business....... The main point of this aritcle should be about the power grab that is now putting complete control of energy production in the hands of the government to dole out subjectively as they see fit!!!!
