Bomb Attempt on U.S.-Bound Flight - WSJ.com

So now we raise the terror alert status for American Airports ?.... I am so disgusted with our reactionary methods...... what we have done has kept us safe for 9 years but this incident just goes to show us how easily our procedures can be circumvented.......It sort of makes you wonder why we have to take out shoes off and sqeeze out our 4 oz of shampoo into little bottles, wait in long lines, submit ourselves to searches and massive inconveniences when this type of thing can still so easily be done........ do all of our procedures and inconvenience really accomplish anything ?

Since we seem to focus on things like the amount of liquids we can carry on.......did anyone every wonder if for some reason 4 oz of liquid is the magic number to identify a threat..... you think two terrorist migh be smart enough to each carry on 4oz ?....... giving them more liquid ? Instead we force the entire population to inconvenience its self...... this guy didn't seem to have much of a problem getting on a plane with a bomb tied to his leg.....
